What method of payment do you accept?
I prefer PayPal, however, I also accept United States postal money orders, and credit cards (through PayPal or Google Checkout). I DO NOT accept personal checks!

Why is insurance or delivery confirmation required?
Insurance and/or delivery confirmation is required on all items due to a new rule by PayPal. This rule states that the seller must provide a trackable shipping service. Therefore, insurance and/or delivery confirmation is required on all items. This is not negotiable and is for your protection as well as the seller's.

Do you offer combined shipping?
I do combine shipping! Any items purchased within a 3 day period will receive combined shipping! Each item has their own combined shipping options since some items might weight more than others or be bulk items.If you are the winner of multiple items please do not checkout until an invoice is sent to you.

When do you ship out items?
I ship out items 5 days a week (monday - friday) *excluding holidays*. I normally ship out items within 3-4 business days after I receive the payment. If you want your item shipped out faster be sure to pay by paypal!

What if I get my item and it is damaged?
If you recieve an item and it is damaged then I will mail the postal reciept to you along with a postal insurance claim form. All you have to do is fill the form out and bring it, along with the copy of the postal receipt, to your local post office. The post office employee will also require you to bring in the damaged item to process your claim. Remember, once your item is shipped it is out of my hands.

The Summary of Returns & Refunds
Please look at each item's description for refund and return instructions. Some items can be returned or refunded while others are sold "As Is". If the item's description states that the item can be returned our return policy is as follows: 1. I refund the cost of the item NOT shipping/handling. 2. Refunds will not be given out until I receive the item and inspect it. If the item is broken or is not in the same condition that I shipped it out in then the refund will not be given out. 3. I give refunds in the form of Money Orders or PayPal depending on the situation.
